Rep Teers is a respected member of Boss Nass's Gungan High Council. When the Gungans evacuated Otoh Gunga during the Trade Federation invasion, Rep Teers and fellow official Rep Been stayed close to Nass.

The knowledgable Rep Teers' prime responsibility was monitoring Otoh Gunga's power requirements. She kept in close communications with the Gungan engineers who transformed the naturally occurring plasma found in locap roots into the life-sustaining energies of Otoh Gunga. For each addition that Boss Nass grafted onto Otoh Gunga, Teers made sure that the city could handle the expansion.
